Chorba Cafe

It’s nice to see the little stretch of cafes off Sydney Road in Coburg filled with people again, after lockdown. Among the eateries here is Chorba – a place where you can get Turkish favourites like borek, gozleme or baklava, made traditionally.

The baklava was sweet and delicious, and our choice of gozleme (spinach and cheese) made for a tasty quick lunch.

The coffee is strong, the vibe is comfy and casual, and the service is fast and friendly. It’s a small place, so if it’s a nice day consider eating at an outside cafe to watch the multicultural Coburg crowd go about their shopping.
