Who hasn’t heard of Balha’s? The coffee and Lebanese sweet/pastry joint is always crowded, renowned for its range of baklava, delicious coffee, and Western cakes which are mmmmm … hard to forget (my favourite is the apple crumble). They also provide a diverse range of ice cream on warmer days. In peak times (Ramadan, Friday or Saturday nights) visitors wanting takeaway use ticket numbers and wait to be served- and for such a crowded place the customer service isn’t bad. Balha’s is a favourite of Melbourne’s Muslims for quality coffee and for when Middle Eastern or Western sweet tooth cravings hit.

Tempat ngopi yang selalu ramai dan terkenal dengan beraneka ragam baklava…kami senang ngopi-ngopi disini karena kopinya yang enak sekali, dan kueh-kuehnya yang mmmmm…susah dilupakan. Saya suka apple crumblenya. Mereka juga menyediakan ice cream yang juga enak dan bermacam-macam pilihan. Pengunjung cafe ini tidak berkeberatan menunggu nomor urutnya dapat giliran untuk dilayani. Service pelayanannya lumayan baik. Banyak orang memilih Balha sebagai tempat ngopi karena kwalitas kopi & kueh-kuehnya.
