After we reviewed Mary Eats Cake, we wanted to review high tea elsewhere – a place that happened to be Muslim owned. The place is not so big, and it is limited by glass windows where we can see the busy atmosphere outside. The room is filled with gold and white hues, and the service was very friendly. We started the high tea with a ‘mojito’ and ‘espresso martini’ mocktails.
After that we ordered two kinds of tea – Japanese sencha tea and tea with lemongrass. There are two kinds of sandwiches and one type of Asian bread (bao) stuffed with chicken then as usual there were scones, cream and jam. Today the food and drink did not exceed our stomach capacity like our previous high tea. So if you want to drink tea a la the Queen while eating halal high tea this place can be an option.
