I’m not a huge fan of chicken, but I like the Capricho’s chicken dishes. I don’t know why, maybe the combination of seasonings and the flavoured rice in the paella appealed to my palette. The healthy bowl also had a nice element of sweetness from the pomegranate, but it was not overpowering. From the outside this eatery looks the same as a fast food place. A large menu is plastered in the glass from which we can see the items complete with prices. There are two entrances, one for takeaway orders and the second for eating in. Please note, there are many “Capricho” restaurants, but only three are completely halal. Because there are branches where even though all of the chicken is halal, some of the menu items are not (eg bacon). So we suggest sticking to the three halal-certified branches.

We chose the healthy bowl and paella with sides of chicken wings and sweet potato chips-all to share among our party of three, for whom it was very filling. As a fast food restaurant, the service is quick and friendly even though the place was busy.

Sebetulnya aku bukan penggemar ayam, tapi rumah makan yang ini aku suka dengan menu ayamnya. Tidak tahu kenapa, perpaduan bumbunya yang terasa enak untuk lidahku juga nasi bumbunya. Ada rasa manis yang enak, tapi tidak terlalu manis ya. Dari luar rumah makan ini terlihat sama seperti tempat makan cepat saji. Menu besar terpampang dikaca yang bisa kita lihat dari luar lengkap dengan harganya. Pintu masuk ada dua, satu untuk pemesanan takeaway dan yang untuk makan disitu. Perlu diketahui, rumah makan “Capricho Chicken” ini ada banyak tapi hanya beberapa yang sepenuhnya halal. Karena ada beberapa cabang Capricho yang walau semua ayam mereka halal, ada sebagian dari menunya tidak halal. Jadi kita harus berhati-hati, saran aku lebih baik pergi kecabang yang sepenuhnya halal.

Kami memilih healthy bowl dan paella dengan chicken wing serta chips ubi untuk dimakan bersama . Karena ini waktu makan siang jadi cukup mengenyangkan. Sebagai rumah makan cepat saji layanan lumayan cepat. Pelayanan cukup ramah walau kelihatan sibuk.
