There are many Uyghur restaurants in Melbourne and we have tried quite a few of them. This time we went to the western outskirts of Footscray. Most Uyghur restaurants have large portions and affordable prices. As for taste it depends on our preferences. This Uyghur restaurant has several items that I like. But the items that I wanted weren’t there this time; I find Uyghur restaurants often have many choices but not all of them are available at the same time. This is what makes buyers sometimes disappointed but don’t despair as there are many other options. We chose dumplings and ‘marwayit chop kurmisi’ (handmade noodles with lamb) which were quite tasty, and green tea to share. Service is friendly and quite fast even though there is only one person working as chef and waiter. The room is full of Uyghur-style decorations. Enjoy!
Telah banyak restaurant Uyghur di Melbourne ini dan kami pun sudah mencoba beberapa darinya. Kali ini kami kedaerah pinggiran Footscray sebelah barat . Kebanyakan restaurant Uyghur berporsi besar dan harganya terjangkau. Soal rasa tergantung selera kita. Buatku restaurant Uyghur ini ada beberapa item yang aku suka. Tetapi menu yang aku pesan ditempat ini lagi tidak ada. Rata-rata restaurant Uyghur mempunyai banyak pilihan tetapi tidak semuanya tersedia pada waktu bersamaan. Ini yang membuat pembeli kadang kecewa. Tetapi jangan putus asa banyak pilihan lain yang ada. Kami memilih dimsim dan ‘marwayit chop kurmisi’ (mie buatan tangan dengan daging kambing) yang lumayan enak, dan teh hijau untuk kami share. Pelayanan ramah dan cukup cepat walau hanya satu orang yang melayani. Ruangan penuh dengan dekorasi ala Uyghur. Selamat mencoba.
