Revisiting: Almina

This Lebanese restaurant is a family favourite for when friends or relatives from out of Melbourne come to town. Meals here are suitable for groups, as the restaurant is located centrally in the middle of a family-friendly area. There are also post-dinner cafes nearby at District Docklands. It seems that the scenic location of this restaurant has helped its ambience with minimal room decoration. Service is very friendly and quite fast. The menu items we chose this time included the usual mixed grill that could be shared, the fisherman’s basket, lamb cutlets and Lebanese pastry with spinach and feta cheese. If by chance we are on a “staycation” in one of the apartments or hotels nearby, we’d definitely make a pitstop at Almina.
