At Sateplus+ there are generous servings and genuine spices to be had – don’t expect the sambal (chilli) to be watered down for non-Indonesian palates. The place is endearingly dingy, the service is very friendly, and there’s a stack of Garuda inflight magazines for you to pore over as you chow down on your choice of satay or nasi goreng and reminisce about the chaos of Jakarta. Help yourself to a bottle of iced tap water to go with your hot, hot meal. You’ll need it.

Di Sateplus+ porsinya lumayan besar dan bumbu-bumbunya asli – jangan berharap rasa pedasnya dikurangi untuk selera orang Barat. Tempat ini untuk duduk di luar asyik tapi untuk duduk di dalam sedikit sempit, dan ada setumpuk majalah inflight Garuda untuk Anda baca selama menunggu makanan pilihan Anda datang – sate atau nasi goreng? Atau untuk Anda yang rindu kepada kekacauan Jakarta! Pilih minuman seperti teh kotak atau soda gembira untuk menghilangkan rasa pedas…dan pelayanannya sangat ramah.
