For the ‘last supper’ of our weekend away in Sydney, we chose this Lebanese restaurant. I love places like this that greet customers with a smile as they invite us in. There’s indoor and outdoor seating, but we chose an inside table because Sydney was still cold at the end of winter. I chose the lamb wrap, which was incredibly tender, while my husband chose the chicken wrap, which he said was delicious.

Their wraps were indeed different from the ones in Melbourne.

The sauce was very tasty. My daughter ordered the vegetarian platter, which looked very tempting. We also ordered two portions of my beloved fried haloumi, which I thought was the best I’d ever had. We also had chips and nuggets for my grandson. Our last dinner for this Sydney getaway was a satisfying affair capped off with a cappuccino and a delicious ‘Citric Passion’ mocktail. The Open Sesame we tried was in the Circular Quay precinct of Sydney’s CBD.

Dinner terakhir dari weekend away kami dikota Sydney pilihan kami jatuh pada Lebanese restaurant ini.  Saya suka sekali restaurant yang menyambut pembelinya dengan senyum sambil mempersilahkan kami masuk. Ada tempat duduk diluar dan didalam; tentu saja kami memilih yang didalam karena udara Sydney yang masih dingin diakhir winter. Tak lama kami duduk pelayan wanita memberi kami daftar menu, dan menyiapkan piring, sendok, garpu serta serviete. Aku memilih lamb skewer wrap yang dagingnya empuk sekali; suamiku memilih chicken wrap yang menurutnya enak dan empuk. Memang wrap mereka beda dengan yang kami dapati di Melbourne. Anakku memesan vegetarian plater yang tampilannya sangat menggiurkan. Juga kami memesan dua porsi haloumi goreng favouriteku yang menurutku terenak dari yang pernah aku makan sebelumnya. Serta ‘chips and nuggets’ for cucuku. Dinner dimalam terakhir di Sydney sangat memuaskan dan ditutup dengan cappuccino dan ‘Citric Passion’ mocktail yang enak.
