We were very happy to find an eatery under new management declaring it is now 100% halal. This morning we decided to try the brunch options which are very Melbourne. The cafe and restaurant is located in the Docklands on the ground floor of the Sebel Hotel. The place is quite comfortable. Besides the breakfast menu, they also provide a lunch menu including burgers, steaks and pasta until they close at night. There are also options for vegetarians. Their coffee is quite good and the food is well presented. This time we ordered the smashed avocado, corn zucchini fritters and protein omelette. For juices we chose the ‘green detox’ and ‘vitamin C’, and of course cappuccinos. Everything tasted great. While waiting for the chicken pasta for take away, as a dessert we tried their baklava. There is only one thing that needs to be improved and that was in their take away – hopefully next time they don’t put the main dish and salad in one container, because it will ruin the taste. The service is quite friendly and fast. Enjoy.

Dengan sangat senang hati kami menemukan satu restaurant baru saja pindah tangan dan menyatakan bahwa mereka sekarang seratus percent halal. Tepatnya beberapa minggu lalu. Pagi ini kami memutuskan untuk mencoba brunch mereka yang khas Melbourne. Letak restaurant ini didaerah Dockland dilantai dasar “Sebel Hotel”.  Tempatnya cukup nyaman. Disamping menu sarapan pagi mereka juga menyediakan menu makan siang seperti burger, steak dan pasta sampai mereka tutup malam hari. Tersedia juga menu untuk vegetarian. Kopi mereka lumayan enak dan makanan dipresentasikan dengan baik. Kali ini kami memesan smashed avocado, corn zucchini fritters dan omelette protein. Untuk juice kami memilih ‘green detox’ dan ‘vitamin C’ serta tak lupa cappuccino. Semuanya terasa enak dimulut kami. Sambil menunggu chicken pasta untuk take away, sebagai penutup kami mencoba baklava mereka. Hanya satu yang harus diperbaiki dari take awaynya agar untuk lain kali tidak mensatukan main dish dan salad disatu container, karena akan merusak rasa. Pelayanan cukup ramah dan cepat. Selamat mencoba.
