We headed to another halal Vietnamese restaurant – one with several branches in Melbourne. Vietnam is famous for its pho dishes and this pho originates from the capital city of Hanoi. The broth of this pho is very clear with specific spices such as coriander and basil. I think this dish is very suitable for Melbourne’s cold weather right now. I have tried pho in other places but the one here is different with more prominent spices. We can choose various types of pho and can add extras like tofu from their menu which also offers several types of fried rice and salad. For us, just one bowl of pho with extra tofu is very difficult to finish. Maybe next time we will try another menu item. There are also several interesting types of drinks available, but this time we chose iced coffee. I opted for the tendon and beef ball pho with extra tofu while my daughter ordered the vegetarian pho. Service is very friendly and fast. The room is quite large and bright with lots of lights on the ceiling. If you are a fan of pho or Vietnamese food, try Hanoi Pho in Richmond, Preston or their other branches.

Kali ini kami kembali membawa diri kami jalan ke restaurant Vietnam halal lainnya. Mereka mempunyai beberapa cabang di Melbourne. Vietnam terkenal dengan hidangan pho-nya dan pho ini berasal dari ibokota Hanoi. Kuah pho ini sangat bening dengan bumbu yang khas seperti ketumbar dan kemangi serta tambahan lainnya. Menurutku hidangan ini sangat cocok dengan udara Melbourne sekarang yang sedang dingin ini. Aku telah mencoba pho ditempat lainnya tapi yang disini agak berbeda sedikit. Agak lebih terasa bumbunya. Kıta bisa memilih bermacam-macam jenis pho dan bisa menambahkan extra tahu atau yang lainnya yang terdapat dimenu mereka. Direstaurant ini juga ada beberapa jenis nasi goreng dan salad. Buat kami satu bowl pho dengan extra tahu saja sudah sangat sulit untuk menghabiskannya. Mungkin nanti apabila kami kembali kesini kami akan mencoba menu yang lain. Tersedia pula beberapa jenis minuman yang menarik, tetapi kali ini kami memilih kopi es. Untuk makan malam ini aku memilih pho tendon dan beef ball dengan extra tofu sedang anakku memesan vegetarian pho. Pelayanan sangat ramah dan cepat. Ruangan cukup besar dan terang dengan banyaknya lampu dilangit-langit ruangan. Bila anda penggemar pho atau hidangan vietnam datang lah ke Hanoi Pho di Richmond, Preston atau cabang mereka yg lainnya.
